Nilkamal: - Hmm…Balance Sheet items like Fixed Assets, Receivables, Payables, Inventories and all items of P&L accounts get allocated directly to a business area. Anyway, the path for defining business area is: - SPRO - > SAP Reference IMG - > Enterprise Structure -> Definition -> Financial Accounting - > Define Business Area - > Select ‘New Entry’ button -> Business Area Description. In this Business Area Description, you need to provide the name of the regions or business areas like East India, North –East India, etc. Always remember that all transactions are to be transferred as per the business areas.
